The page is divided into two sections. The table on the left displays asset/equipment assignments. On the right are available loads or shipments.
Select up to 5 loads from the Loads/Shipments side for assignment. Once at least one load is selected, either click the dispatch tool icon, or select the assignment by ticking the box then click the button. This will assign the selected load(s) to the selected asset assignment. A notification will be displayed upon successful assignment.
Click the green dispatch tool icon for an asset assignment to display assigned loads. The number inside this icon is the number of loads currently assigned.
To begin dispatching a load, click the icon. A window will pop up displaying the Vendor, Dispatcher, Miles, and Trailer to assign. The Trailer field will be automatically filled with the assigned trailer if one was assigned prior to dispatch. Otherwise, the default trailer will be used instead. This trailer field is not required and may be emptied if the load has not been assigned a trailer yet.
Click the button to confirm. The load will have been dispatched and can be viewed in the Active tab of Loads.
Another window will appear with the prompt to send driver trip details.
