Setup Requirements
Integrating with Fleetrock provides alerts for upcoming scheduled maintenance and syncs the status of repair orders. Fleetrock features must be enabled by an EKA Administrator.
Additional settings such as maintenance thresholds and truck groups may be configured by a Carrier Administrator. Go to Configurations → Company → Fleetrock Settings. These thresholds are used to determine when to display upcoming maintenance. Click the icon to edit.
Maintenance and Repair Order Alerts
Once fleetrock has been enabled, then depending on settings enabled by the EKA Administrator, information such as current mileage, engine hours, scheduled maintenance, and repair orders will begin to automatically be synced. Upcoming maintenance and repair orders can be viewed from Load Management → Loads → Dispatch.
Click any truck to view additional details. Upcoming maintenance and repair orders, if any, will be displayed in this tooltip.
If a repair order is currently in progress, that truck label will show as red in dispatch.
