Go to Carrier Operations → Load Management → Dispatch.
To create a route plan, open an asset assignment by clicking on the Planned Loads icon.
On the load, select the icon and the route planning screen will open.
The default route will show first and to add the first route plan, click the icon.
To modify the route using the filters, first modify the filters and then click the Apply Filters button.
The route will update on the map to show the route changes. The default route will show as a gray line while the current route will show in blue on the map.
The route can also be dragged manually. Hover over the route, and then drag to change it.
To save your route, click the Save Route button. To add an additional route, click the icon. Adjust the route, or save it as the default route. To delete a route, click the Delete Route button. Only two routes can be saved for each load.
To set one of the routes as the preferred route, select the Preferred Route checkbox and click the Save Route button. The will turn green when a preferred route has been saved.
The preferred route directions will be printed on the bottom of the Driver Trip Details document.
Once the load has been dispatched, the routes can be viewed from Active Load Location. The preferred route will be toggled to show by default, but both routes can be toggled on and off, while the default route will always show.
