Comdata Integration Process

The following pieces of information are required from Comdata in order to begin the integration process:

1. Comdata Account Code
2. Comdata Customer ID
3. Comdata Security Information
4. Comdata Sign-On Name
5. Comdata Password

These credentials will need to be entered into the broker’s configurations in Administration → Configurations → Finance → Money Codes and Fuel Cards.

Comdata typically will also request that EKA’s IP addresses be whitelisted with them for an added layer of security. EKA Support will work with you and Comdata to accommodate this requirement.

Once the credentials are entered, the integration will be live and Express Codes can be sent immediately.
