The following pieces of information are required from EFS in order to begin the integration process:
- EFS User ID
- EFS Password
- EFS Contract ID
These credentials will need to be entered into the broker’s configurations.
EFS does require that any IP addresses that will be used to issue the Money Codes is sent to them so that they can put those IP addresses on a whitelist. EKA Support will provide the list of IP addresses that will need to be sent to EFS for whitelisting.
Once EFS has confirmed that the IP addresses are set up and once the broker’s credentials are entered correctly, the integration will be live and Money Codes can be sent immediately.
