BlueGrace Agreement
Integrating BlueGrace with EKA requires the subscriber to have an agreement with BlueGrace to utilize their BlueShip platform and access their LTL network.
Credentials
- BlueGrace will provide integration credentials directly to the subscriber. These credentials include:
- Client ID
- Client Secret
- Business Unit(s)
- For customers that have specialized pricing with BlueGrace, BlueGrace will issue customer-level Business Units
- All credentials will need to be provided to EKA by email to support@go-eka.com
Customers/Shippers Setup
For all subscribers integrating with BlueGrace, the subscriber will need to set up a “dummy” customer record that would be used to create all load with the Parent Business Unit. Generally we would recommend a naming convention with the subscriber’s name appended with LTL ONLY.
For those customers that have a separate Child Business Unit set up, the Child Business Unite needs to be entered in the Customer/Shipper profile after the integration is enabled.
The customer’s Fuel Surcharge Setting MUST be set to manual.
If specialized accessorials are needed or if Insurance is a consistent part of the LTL quote/shipment, these accessorials can be added and customized in the Customer/Shipper profile.
Carrier Setup
The EKA Customer Success team will import the list of BlueGrace carriers and add SCAC code to the carrier profile.
