BlueGrace Product Overview

Load Creation

Loads that are created in BlueShip will be synced up and pulled into EKA. EKA performs an hourly pull that searches for BlueGrace BOL numbers that are not yet in EKA and will create new loads for each unique BOL.

Loads that are created in EKA using the LTL-specific function will be pushed over to BlueShip to create a load. The load will be available to view on the BlueShip portal. The BlueGrace BOL number will automatically be assigned to the load as a shipper load number. 

Load Event and Tracking Updates

As the shipment begins moving, updates will be pushed to the load in EKA. The updates will populate in the Load Events and In-Transit events based on the terminal activity of the load. The final delivery event (Unloading Complete) will need to be accepted and confirmed by the operations user in EKA.
