EFS Product Overview

The EKA Omni TMS integrates with EFS for two different services:

Issue Money Codes

Money Codes can be issued for an individual load.

Controls are implemented at the subscriber level to set limits to the amount that can be sent to the carrier for a specific load.

Controls are implemented at the carrier level to determine eligibility for a Money Code.

Controls are implemented at the user level to determine which users can issue a Money Code.

Real-Time Fuel Card Updates

EFS Fuel Card data will pull into the Driver profiles where individual transaction data can be viewed.

Controls are integrated to restrict card use with changes in Driver status such as PTO or termination.

Things to Consider:

• Use of this integration requires a direct agreement with EFS
