The EKA Omni TMS integrates with MyCarrierPortal for carrier onboarding.
Send carriers your link to register with MyCarrierPortal. MyCarrierPortal captures the information required to create the carrier within your brokerage on the EKA platform.
EKA syncs with MyCarrierPortal approximately every five minutes. Any carriers that have been completed will be uploaded to the EKA platform.
Once the carrier is uploaded, Assure Assist monitoring services can begin. This is a separate service that is offered with MyCarrierPortal.
If MyCarrierPortal is selected for carrier onboarding, users will not be able to add or edit carriers in the EKA Omni-TMS. All additions and updates will be managed through the MyCarrierPortal site.
