Highway Integration Process

Integrating with Highway begins with contracting with Highway for their services.

Once that is completed, please email support@go-eka.com to notify the EKA team of the intent to integrate.

Highway’s integration team will work with the EKA team to test the broker’s specific requirements. When the testing is complete, Highway will issue an API key for the integration.

The API key will need to be added to the broker’s configurations in Administration → Configurations → Company → Carrier Qualification Provider. Additionally, the integration will need to be enabled in this same section.

Once the API key has been entered and the integration is enabled, the integration will be live, and carrier data will begin to transfer to EKA.
