New Carrier Imports:

All new carriers that are added via the Highway website will be added to the EKA Omni TMS. The Processor runs every 5 minutes to check for carrier additions.

Existing Carrier Alerts:

Existing carriers are reviewed on an ongoing basis. Alerts are sent for changes to insurance, operating authority, status and other critical risk factors are imported into the carrier’s profile. If the carrier no longer meets the broker’s qualification requirements in Highway, it will be made Inactive in the EKA system.

Things to Consider:

• Constraining your carrier requirements can impact the speed of onboarding to EKA platform
• All carrier management functions should be carried out in the Highway platform and synced with the EKA Omni TMS
• Changes to a carrier’s status are processed on an ongoing basis
