The EKA Customer Success team will work closely with you to complete each of the following integration requirements:
Motive User
In order to properly troubleshoot and support the integration, EKA requires access to your Motive dashboard. EKA will provide you with the email address to use for that setup.
API Integration Key
An integration key is required to begin the integration. This is generated in the Motive dashboard and should be provided to EKA by email at support@go-eka.com
If the API Key is not available in the dashboard, the subscriber will need to request one from Motive. This request should be sent to ps@go-motive.com
API User ID
An API User ID is required for the message functionality to be connected. This is provided by Motive, typically within the same setup process for the API Integration Key. Questions about the API User ID can be directed to ps@go-motive.com.
The API User ID should be provided to EKA by email @support@go-eka.com
Driver Setup
All drivers will need to be registered in Motive. If the driver has an existing registration with Motive, the ID and Company Email will need to be added to the Driver profile in EKA. If the driver does not have an existing registration with Motive, the registration can be created through EKA in the Driver’s profile.
Truck Setup
Each truck will also need to be set up in Motive. The Vehicle ID will need to match the Truck Unit # in EKA.
Documents
A small amount of configuration is required to set up the documents to load directly into the EKA load.
The document template should have a Reference # field that is set to a type of Number. This field is used to match the document to the EKA load in case the document is added to Motive outside of the load and delivery workflow.

Accident Photo
Bill of Lading
Scale Ticket
Fuel Receipt
