Motive Product Overview

The EKA Omni TMS integrates with Motive to provide several services:

Hours of Service

Dispatch users can view HOS within the operational system for planning

Dispatch

EKA operations users can create a Dispatch to send to the driver’s Motive app

Load Events

As drivers complete events in the Motive app, the events update to the load in EKA

Breadcrumb Tracking

Real-time tracking from the truck’s device upload into the load in EKA every 15 minutes

Documents

Drivers can scan and upload documents to the load in the Motive app which are then uploaded directly to the load in EKA.

Driver Chat

Two-way chat between the Motive app and EKA dispatch users

Things to Consider:

• An Enterprise-level Motive service agreement is required
• Driver training and adoption are necessary in order to realize the full benefits of the integration
