Trucker Tools Integration Process

Trucker Tools Setup Process:

• Trucker Tools will contract with the broker directly
• Trucker Tools will issue an integration key when the setup is complete
• Trucker Tools will work with carriers and brokers to complete the necessary setup for ELD tracking

EKA Omni TMS Setup Process

• EKA Customer Success will enter the integration key into the broker’s profile
• If needed, EKA Customer Success will provide the EKA webhooks to Trucker Tools
• The integration will be immediately active
• EKA Carrier Portal users will need to be set up and given permission to initiate tracking
