Triumph Setup Process

• An integration request must be initiated with Triumph Business Capital
• Triumph will complete the setup and issue FTP credentials: Username, Password and Carriers Upload Username
• Triumph will process the list of carriers from EKA to make sure that existing carriers can be matched between the systems

EKA Omni TMS Setup Process

• EKA will need to pull a list of existing carriers for a subscriber (if this already exists in the EKA instance) and send to Triumph for matching
• EKA Customer Success will add the credentials provided by Triumph into the subscribers instance and enable the integration; integration will be immediately available for use
