Transflo Integration Process

Transflo Setup Process

Velocity+ Load Tracking Service
- EKA Solutions will contact Transflo to initiate the integration
- Transflo issues a Fleet ID and provides to EKA
VIP Document Service
- EKA Solutions will contact Transflo to initiate the integration
- Transflo issues a Fleet ID and provides to EKA
- EKA Subscriber will need to provide a dedicated email address where documents will be sent
- EKA Subscriber will need to provide an email address that Transflo can use for communication about exceptions
- EKA Subscriber will need to provide several sample document packets that they typically receive from a carrier
- Transflo uses the sample packets to set up their automation, validate the process, and review any unique documents or processes that need to be addressed
- When testing is complete, Transflo will issue an unique Transflo email address where the subscriber’s documents need to be sent
- EKA Subscriber will need to set their unique email address to automatically forward documents to the Transflo email address
- Start date is agreed between Transflo and EKA Subscriber
Private Fleet Management
- EKA Subscriber will need to contract directly with Transflo for this service
- Transflo will issue both primary and secondary Fleet IDs and Integration Keys and provides them to EKA

EKA Omni TMS Setup Process

Velocity+ Load Tracking Service
- When EKA receives the assigned Fleet ID from Transflo, EKA will add it to the main company profile
- Integration is immediately active and available for use
VIP Document Services
- EKA Customer Success will help to facilitate the testing process
- When testing is complete, EKA will add the Fleet ID to the main company profile and enable the integration
Private Fleet Management
- When EKA receives the Fleet IDs and Integration Keys from Transflo, EKA will add it to the main company profile
- Driver profiles will need to be updated with an ID, email address and mobile phone number and synced to Transflo
