New fields will be displayed depending on the selected role. The Shipper role is external and will invite your customer to view their loads on the EKA portal. The TMS Carrier role is internal and creates new users for your internal team only.
Selecting Shipper as the user role will require the entry of an active shipper name that will associate the user with the correct shipper.
Selecting TMS Carrier as the user role will open up several different options:

- Auto Activate Shippers
- When selected, any customers that are created by the user will be immediately made active rather than go through the two-step approval process
- Business Units and Groups

- Only one business unit may be assigned, but multiple groups are allowed.
