Two-Factor Authentication

Two-factor authentication by email is now available. This feature is optional and needs to be enabled in Administration/Carrier Admin. Go to the Security tab and toggle the Two-Factor Authentication to Email.

After users enter their password, an email with a verification code will be sent automatically.

Users will need to input the code to complete the login process. Verification codes are valid for 10 minutes.

If five wrong codes are entered, the account will be locked out for 15 minutes. Administrators have the authority to reset the lockout.
