To set up Money Codes and Fuel Cards, go to Carrier Admin → Configurations → Finance.
Money Codes
To connect your EFS account, you will need to provide your User ID, Password and EFS Contract ID.
User level credentials can also be enabled by an EKA Administrator so that user level EFS credentials are used for load advances instead of broker level credentials. Broker level credentials are still required. For more information on updating users and setting up user credentials, refer to this article. For more information on enabling the setting for carriers, refer to this article. For more information on generating load advances, refer to this article.
EFS requires that all IP addresses be whitelisted with them. Please contact the EKA Administrator for the list of IP addresses to provide to EFS.
To connect your Comdata account, you will need to provide your Account Code, Customer ID, Security Information, Sign On Name and Password.
Fuel Cards
In the Fuel Cards section, there are EFS SFTP account settings as well as PFJ SFTP settings. These are used to fetch EFS and PFJ files to run the reconciliation report. For more information on the reconciliation report, refer to this article.
