Go to Carrier Operations → Data Management → Assets → Drivers, Carrier Admin Assets → Drivers, HR Admin → Drivers, or Safety Manager → Drivers . Only users with HR Admin access will be able to see the ADP tab and sync drivers with ADP. A separate subscription is required to access ADP. Note that this feature is specifically designed for Summit Transportation.
For existing drivers, click the icon to view the information for that driver.

In order to complete the driver onboard in ADP, each field will need to be filled out and sent to ADP. If only the required fields are entered, the status will be set to in progress in ADP. Missing required fields will be highlighted in yellow. Syncing to ADP is only available once. If a driver is already synced and information is updated, it will have to be manually updated in ADP. To send a driver to ADP, click the Send to ADP button. Any errors from ADP will be displayed and will have to be corrected before syncing with ADP.
Drivers synced to ADP will display this icon, which can be hovered over to display when the sync was completed.
For new drivers, the specific ADP fields will be available for entry when adding a new driver. For information on adding a new driver, refer to this article.
Once the driver is added, open the driver for edit and follow the steps above to send the driver to ADP.
