Go to Carrier Operations → Data Management → Assets. Click the Drivers tab. Existing drivers will be displayed in a table.
Add New Driver
Click the icon to add a new driver. This will open a window where a driver can be created. Fields marked with are required.
After completing all required information, click to save and create the driver.
Edit Driver
To edit a driver, click the icon to view and edit that driver’s info. The information is organized into the following tabs: Operations, Driver Personal Information, Safety and Compliance, Payroll and Benefits, and Documents. Some tabs may not be displayed depending on the user’s permissions.
To edit a particular section, click the edit button .
Required fields can be updated but not removed. Click the button to save changes. To exit, click the button at the bottom of the window.
Job Type Rates
If the user has HR Admin capabilities, then job type rates are available to edit. Click the icon for a particular driver. This will open a window where you can add or edit job type rates.
Click the icon to add a job type rate. If a specified job type already has a rate, then a new one cannot be created. The existing rate can be edited however.
Click the icon to edit a job type rate. The job type cannot be changed when updating an existing rate.
If any information has been filled from the lower half of the window while adding or updating a job type rate, then that additional info can be viewed by clicking the icon.
Click the icon to delete a job type rate. A confirmation window will open before deleting.
Delete Driver
To delete a driver, click the icon. A confirmation window will appear.
Click to confirm and delete the driver record.
