View details about active and inactive batches in Batch Inquiry. From the Receivables homepage, navigate to the Batch Inquiry tab.
Use the available filters to limit the results: Customer/Shipper Name, Date Start, Date End, Batch Nbr, Batch Description, Status, Type.
Click on the Batch ID to view details about the batch.
If a batch has an Active status, click the icon to edit the batch. Each Unapplied entry can be edited or deleted.
Batch Activity can also be viewed by selecting the Batch Activity tab.
Click the icon to delete an Active batch.
To export the data displayed in the results list, check the Email or Mailbox option and then click the Export CSV button in the lower right corner of the list.
An Excel file will be generated and sent to the selected option(s).
