To submit payroll for one or multiple drivers go to HR Admin → Payroll → Generate Payroll.
Each driver will need to be reviewed. Clicking the Needs Review link will open a window with detailed information for the driver settlement.
To begin payroll, click the button. Once the payroll session has started, the current filters will be locked and any submitted reviews will be saved. This will persist until the current payroll session has either been completed or canceled.
Loads and Period Pay items must be individually approved for payroll. Period Pay items such as per diem, deductions, and reimbursements can be added or updated as needed. Once you are done reviewing, click to save the selected items for payroll.
The checkbox on the right side of the table will be enabled for drivers that have had reviews submitted. Select one or more drivers and click . This will pop up a confirmation window. Select Yes and the driver payroll remittance and summary pdfs will be sent to your EKA mailbox which is accessible from the top menu. To also send the documents to your email, select the Also Deliver to Email checkbox.
Posted payroll and paid loads can be viewed from their respective tabs in HR Admin → Payroll.
