Prospect Carriers

Prospect carriers can be used in the Capacity Marketplace to track contacts and offers for carriers that are not yet set up and active.

To add a Prospect Carrier, go to Data Management → Carriers. Select Prospect for the onboarding choice.

Complete the required fields in the Prospect Carrier Wizard and click Add Carrier to add the carrier.

The status of the carrier will show as Onboarding/Prospect in the Data Management → Carriers list and will be highlighted in yellow text in the List View. Prospect carriers cannot be booked on loads and will need to be converted to be an active carrier in order to use them.
