Load Posting - External Load Boards

Loads can be posted to DAT, Truckstop, and/or Trucker Tools. This function requires specific subscriptions with each of the service providers. Each user must have credentials entered in their user profiles to enable the load posting.

Go to Load Management → Loads → Marketplace → Available Loads and click on the icon in the Posting section of the load row.

Select from the options of DAT, Truckstop, and/or Trucker Tools. Comments and a Post Price can be added to the external post. 

If a Book Now Price has been added to the load, this will pull as the default Post Price.

Lost posts can be refreshed automatically every 30 minutes if that setting is applied. Contact support@go-eka.com to turn on this setting.

To remove the load posting, reopen the posting box and untick the box next to the load board service provider. Click Update to remove the posting.

When a carrier is assigned to a load, the load posting will be automatically removed from the external load board.

If a posting is not removed or booked during the day, the load posting will be automatically removed from the external load board at midnight. The load would need to be posted again after it is removed.
