To view available trucks, go to Operations → Load Management → Loads → Marketplace → Available Trucks.
The Available Trucks tab contains lists of equipment that is available from multiple sources. Resources can be added by broker users and carrier portal users. Additionally, equipment will show as available at the delivery location on the scheduled delivery date two hours after the appointment time for all loads with resources. These availabilities are added at the time of resource assignment or when appointment dates and times are added if the equipment information is already added to the load. If there is an existing available truck entry for a specific truck, it will be updated with the new information.
Available trucks can be pulled in from external sources such as Truckstop and DAT based on subscription.
Select from the available sources.
Apply any additional desired filters and click Filter search.
Available trucks that match the filter criteria will display.
