New Deduction Types

The following new deduction types have been added:

Physical Damage Insurance

Non Trucking Liability Insurance

Dash Cam / ELD

Customer Load Number Filters

A filter for Customer/Shipper Load number has been added to the Delivered Loads tab and the List Bill Invoice tab.

Attach Invoices to List Bill

A new option has been added to attach corresponding invoices and attached documents to the list bill function.

The invoices and documents will be delivered to the EKA Mailbox along with the List Bill. If the size of the attached invoices exceeds 9MB, the application will break the attached invoices into multiple PDFs.

Multiple Customer Load # on Load Import

The New Loads Import now supports entry of up to five customer/shipper load numbers. New columns have been added to the end of the import template to accommodate the additional reference numbers.

We recommend that you download a new template with these fields regardless of if you will be using them as the column headers are expected to be with the upload.

Cargo Quantity Type

Feet has been added as a new Cargo Quantity Type.

New Accessorials

An extensive list of new accessorials has been added for both customers/shippers and carriers. In order to use these on a customer invoice, they will need to be added to the list of available accessorials in the customer’s configurations. Bug Fix

In some cases, the wrong shipper was being added when creating Deadhead loads. This has been fixed and Deadhead loads will be created with the holding shipper.
