Deferred Dispatch Workflow

An option has been added to allow dispatch to be deferred. Load details can be posted to an ELD service so that the driver has visibility to their assigned loads, but the dispatch of the load is deferred until the dispatcher takes that action, generally when the driver has arrived at the current active load.

Deferring the dispatch has the following benefits:

1. Driver has visibility to their assigned loads, but Active Loads is not congested
2. Tracking pings do not need complex logic to be properly associated with the assets
3. PTA updates in dispatch are a straightforward map to the current Active load or to the Asset Assignment if there is no active load
4. Optimization can be done later when more is known 
5. Deadhead load creation is also deferred with the following benefits:
   1. Decreased load congestion in Active Loads, Dispatch and Load Planning
   2. Building the DH from the current Active Load eliminates opportunity for incorrect locations/appointments or other mistakes with DH loads

List Bill Sort and Filter Enhancements

A Delivered Date filter has been added to the List Bill.

The following sort options have been added to the List Bill:

1. Delivery Date
2. Shipper Ref Nbr
3. Invoice #
4. Load #

QuickSight Invoice Date

The Invoice Date field in QuickSight will now report only the first invoice date on the load.

Add Notes Field to Load Advances

For EFS users, a Notes field has been added to the Load Advance form.

Any notes entered here will print to the Load Advance Report.

Bug Fixes

• Mileage calculations for cross border loads between Canada and US have been fixed
• Slow responses for delivered loads filters have been fixed
