EDI Visibility Tab
A new tab is available in Data Management that provides visibility to EDI transaction data. This data includes error messages as well as raw data in case of any questions.
More details will be provided on the functionality of this tab once it is live.
On Time Performance Report
A new On Time Performance Report is available. This report is located in Operations → Tools → Reports → On Time Performance Report.
The report filters by arrival date range, customers, driver and equipment.
The report includes Appointment Date and Time, Actual Arrival Date and Time, an On Time indicator, Variance minutes from appointment, Driver and Equipment.
MacroPoint Integration
A new integration with MacroPoint is now available. This integration will work with shippers that require MacroPoint tracking updates.
If you have shippers that need this tracking, please contact support@go-eka.com. We will work with you to get the shippers set up for this service.
Bug Fix
- Multiple page remittance details have been fixed so that all loads will display correctly
