Customer and Vendor Adjustment Reports

Adjustment reports for both customer and vendor are available in Finance → Reports. The report displays adjustments made during the selected time period. The report can be filtered for single, multiple or all customers/vendors.

Trip Details Indicator

If the deferred dispatch process is being used, the Trip Details icon will turn green. This provides a visual cue that the trip details have been sent prior to dispatch.

Select All / Expanded Selections for Zero Balance Payables

The Zero Balance Release Payable functionality has been expanded to allow users to Select All current payables or to select more than ten payables. The previous process allowed only ten loads to be selected with each release.

Remittance Emails for ACH Payments

The remittance emails that are sent to a carrier for ACH payments will now be copied to the user who has released the payment in EKA. Previously the email would be delivered to the carrier recipient and the EKA user separately. By combining this to one email, the EKA user now has visibility to whom the original remittance was sent.

As a reminder, there are two fields to enter a remittance email address for a carrier that has a factoring company: the Contact Email in the Accounts Receivable Financing section and the Remit Notice Contact Email in the Settlement ACH section. 

For carriers that do not have a factoring company, only the Remit Notice Contact Email in the Settlement ACH section is used.

The Remit Email in the Remit To section is NOT used.
