Go to Data Management → Carriers
Operations users have access to manage Carrier resource availability.
From the Carriers page use the filters to locate the carrier that needs to have availability added, edited, or deleted.
From the Carriers page click on the icon at the end of the Carrier card.
Resources will open with three tabbed options: Trucks, Trailers and Availability.
Navigate to the Availability tab and click on the to add availability. Required fields are identified with a . Truck and Trailer Unit # are entered in the Trucks and Trailers tabs and must be added into inventory there to be selected for Availability. Once data entry is complete, click the to save the Availability.
Availability will be added to the list and can be viewed or searched from the main Availability tab.
To edit an availability, click on the next to the appropriate available resource to open it for edit. When edits are complete, click Save to save the changes or Cancel to discard.
To Delete an availability, click on the next to the appropriate available resource to delete it. A warning message will appear asking you to confirm the deletion. Click Accept to delete and the available resource will be removed immediately. Click Cancel to return back to the Availability tab.
