Add Prospect Carrier

Go to Data Management → Carriers to add a Prospect Carrier. Prospect Carriers are limited to only tender and negotiation functions. They cannot be assigned to a load directly and in order to confirm them as a carrier after negotiations, they will have to be fully onboarded as an active carrier.

Click the icon and select Prospect from the carrier onboarding options.

Click Next to continue.

Enter in the required fields and click Add Carrier to add the Prospect Carrier. Prospect Carriers will be shown in yellow in Available Loads.

Prospect Carriers can only have operational contacts and cannot access Carrier Dispatch functions.
