Set Data Approval Rules

Go to Carrier Admin → Carriers. Carrier Administration users can set the carrier data approval rules from the Carriers page for Subscribers who are data exchange partners.

From the Active Carriers tab, search for the carrier marked with and click on the carrier name to open the carrier profile. Navigate to the Date Approval Rules tab.

Here, you can toggle load events, active load location updates, and resource assignments to be trusted or not trusted when received from a Sub2Sub child load. For more information on Sub2Sub loads, refer to this article.

When they are set to trusted, the data will be filled out for the load with no approval required. When they are set to not be trusted, manual approval will be required.

In Active Loads in the Load Events section, pending updates sent for approval will show with a icon.

Click the icon icon to view the pending request.
