Go to Carrier Admin → Carriers
Carrier Admin users can edit a carrier from the Carriers page, from any of the three tabs; New Carriers, Active Carriers or Inactive Carriers.
Carriers in any status can be edited by clicking on the carrier name. A page will open with the details about that carrier with different categories split over a number of tabs. Not all fields are editable as some of the data is populated by a third party data service and can only be updated by that service.
Clicking the Edit button will allow you to enter new data into the input boxes. If no changes are made you can click Cancel, otherwise click Save. A message will be displayed confirming that the edits have been saved.
NOTE: If RMIS has been set up in the configurations, carriers cannot be edited through Administration. Carrier edits can only be managed through RMIS.
