Customer and Carrier Verified Contacts
Verified Contacts can be viewed for Customers/Shippers and Carriers wherever the icon is located. After clicking the icon to open the Contacts modal, tab over to Verified Contacts to view them.
Verified Contacts associated with a particular Carrier or Customer/Shipper are added by carrier administration and shipper administration users belonging to those entities. They can’t be added or edited by broker users. For information on how to add a verified contact using a shipper administrator account, refer to this article. Add Verified Contact
Verified Contacts can also be added from the Users tab in Carrier Admin.
Click the icon to add a new user. Required fields are marked with .
To add a Verified Contact, do not click the Needs Application Access checkbox and instead, click the Add button. Once the contact is added, it can be edited by clicking the icon. It can also be deactivated by clicking the icon and clicking Deactivate.
Enter a reason and then click the Deactivate button.
