Approval Queue

Go to Data Management → Approval Queue. When data from a carrier portal user is sent, it can be viewed and approved from here.

Load Events, Active Load Locations, and Resource Assignment data approval requests are separated into three different tabs.

To edit, click the icon, enter in the changes, and then click the to save or the icon to discard.

To approve a data request, click the icon. To reject a data request, click the icon. To clear any selections, click the Clear button.

Click the Submit button to confirm. An approval queue window will open summarizing the selections made.

Click Submit to continue or Close to close the window and make additional changes.

Data requests can also be viewed and approved from Active Loads.

Click the icon to view the request.

To approve a data request, click the icon. To reject a data request, click the icon. If the data is approved, the data will then be filled out.
