Cargo items can be added to a load in the new load form as well as from load events in Active Loads and in Delivered Loads. These cargo items are associated with load locations and are added from the Load Locations section.
Cargo items can be copied from products by selecting the Copy Details to Cargo checkbox in the product. For more information on how to add products to a load, refer to this article.
To add additional cargo items, click Add Cargo Item. To delete a cargo item, click the icon. In the new load form, only the Expected Count field is available along with the label. Once the load is created, the Actual Count field will show in the edit load form.
Once the load moves to active, the cargo items will be editable from the Load Events section.
Click the Cargo Items button to view and edit the cargo items. Each load location has its own set of cargo items.
Click the Save button to save any changes, or the Cancel button to close the modal.
Once the load is delivered, all of the cargo items for the load can be viewed and updated from the Carrier/Owner Operator/Driver Settlement side.
Click the icon at the end of the load card and then select
Cargo Items. A modal will open that shows all of the stops and cargo items for the load.
