Set Data Approval Rules

Go to Administration → Carriers. Broker Administration users can set the carrier data approval rules from the Carriers page. There is also a setting for allowing carrier users to initiate Trucker Tools load tracking.

From the Active Carriers tab, search for the appropriate carrier and click on the carrier name to open the carrier profile.

Navigate to the Date Approval Rules tab.

Here, you can toggle load events, active load location updates, and resource assignments to be trusted or not trusted when filled out by the carrier in their portal.

When they are set to trusted, the data will be filled out for the load with no approval required. When they are set to not be trusted, manual approval will be required.

Trucker tools load tracking can also be enabled from here for specific carrier users. In order to enable this setting, resource assignments will have to be set to trusted. Click the Edit button, select the checkbox and enter the users, then click Save.

In Active Loads in the Load Events section, pending updates sent for approval will show with a icon.

Click the icon to view the pending request. 

Pending requests can also be viewed from the Approval Queue page in Data Management.
