Set Owner/Operator Rates

To set or update carrier owner/operator rates, log in as Carrier Administrator and go to Carrier Admin → Carriers. These rates will be used when calculating the carrier price of a load assigned to an owner/operator driver associated with this carrier.

From the Active Carriers tab, search for the appropriate carrier and click on the carrier name to view the carrier profile.

Navigate to the Owner/Operator Rates tab of the carrier profile.

To add a new rate, click the Add Rate button.

Enter the rates for the line haul, fuel surcharge, and accessorials. The rates can be set to either a dollar amount or percentage. Each rate is associated with a particular job type.

Click Save to create the rate or Cancel to discard changes.

To edit a rate, click the icon, enter the changes and then click the Save button. To delete a rate, click the icon and then click the Save button to confirm.
