Auto Rated Stop Off Charges

Stop off charges can be configured for specific customers. For information about configuring these settings, refer to this article. Contact EKA Admin to enable this feature.

When multi-stop or multi-leg loads are created, stop off charge accessorials will be automatically added to the load as customer/shipper accessorials. The number of stop off charge accessorials is based on the number of stops the load has. For example, if the load has a pickup, a stop, and then a delivery, one stop off charge accessorial will be added to the load.

To view the settings for the stop off charges from operations, click the View Auto Stop Off Settings button.

This view is draggable to allow users to compare the pricing. 

If stops are added or removed from the load, the stop off charge accessorials will be updated accordingly.
