Add Carrier Accessorial

Carrier Accessorial charges can be added to loads in both the Active Loads and Delivered Loads tab as well as from Carrier Assignment.

Carrier Assignment

When assigning a carrier, click the  icon to open the Price Breakdown modal.

Click the  icon to add an accessorial, then fill in the Description and Price. Click Update Pricing to save.

Active Loads

Go to Load Management → Loads → Active Loads.

Select Carrier Accessorials from the dropdown menu.

A list of existing accessorials will display.

To add a new accessorial, click the .  Select Accessorial Type and enter a Price. Use the optional Upload File function to upload supporting documentation. Click Save to save the accessorial or click Close to exit without saving.

Click the to edit existing accessorials or click the  to delete any accessorials.

Delivered Loads

Go to Load Management → Loads → Delivered Loads.

On the Carrier Settlement side, click on the  next to the load. Locate the Accessorials section from the list of functions.

Follow the steps described above to add a new accessorial.

Accessorials that are added in the Delivered Loads tab or that are added in the Active Loads prior to delivery cannot be edited. Click the  to reverse the accessorial.
