Products can be added to a load from the load form in the load details section.
Next to Products, click the icon to add a new product. Up to 16 products can be added to a load.
There is a customer level setting to enable a checkbox to copy product details over to cargo. To sync the product information back to cargo items, check the Copy Details to Cargo checkbox. The product description and quantity are added as cargo items for the locations entered into the product. The checkbox is only enabled when the field requirements are met for the product.
Once the cargo items are added to the locations, they can be edited manually. Additional cargo items can also be added. For more information about cargo, refer to this article.
The entire products section can be collapsed by clicking the icon on the upper right corner. To collapse the Freight Description and Package Description sections, click the
icon next to Freight Description. To open the collapsed sections, click the
icon.
To delete a product, click the icon.
The Pickup and Delivery fields are linked to the load’s locations. For multi-leg loads, only the first pickup and last delivery locations will be available for selection. If a location is updated in the load, the location on the product will also be updated.
Bill of Lading
When generating a bill of lading, there is a checkbox to add products that will be checked by default. Refer to this article for more information on the bill of lading.
Click Preview Bill of Lading to continue.
Rate Confirmation
When sending the rate confirmation, there is a checkbox to add the products on their own page(s). Refer to this article for more information on generating a rate confirmation.
Click to view the rate confirmation and then tab over to the Products tab to view the products.
Invoice
When generating an invoice, there is a checkbox to add products to it. Refer to this article for more information about generating an invoice.
Click Generate Invoice and the invoice preview will show with the products included.
