To view and update email preferences, go to Carrier Admin → Configurations → Company.
Use this feature to set preferences for automated email notifications from the application. The notifications are divided into two categories: General Email Preferences and Critical Email Preferences.
General Email Preferences include notifications of load events, changes to loads and other standard operations updates. It is a best practice to keep Critical Email Preferences switched on so that important notifications do get sent to the appropriate users. All notifications will appear in the Notifications tab within the application regardless of selections here.
