To view and add Holds and Exceptions, go to Carrier Operations → Load Management → Loads → Active Loads.
Select Holds and Exceptions from the dropdown menu.
A list of existing holds and exceptions will display.
Holds
To add a new hold, click . An entry form will open. Enter the details of the hold into the Notes section and click the icon to save or the icon to discard.
Only one hold can be active at a time. Loads that are marked as on hold are shown with a red border to the left of the load card.
Holds can also be added and removed from Delivered Loads. When creating a settlement for an on hold load, a warning message will show stating that the load is on hold.
When attempting to release payment for an on hold load, a warning message will also appear prior to releasing payment.
To remove an existing hold, click . A confirmation window will appear.
Click Yes to remove the hold and No to cancel.
Exceptions
Click the icon to edit an exception or click the icon to delete the exception.
To add a new exception, click on . An entry form will open. Select a Type and enter the details of the exception in the Notes section. Click the icon to save or the icon to discard.
Loads with exceptions will be noted with a on the Active Loads list.
