Delete/Cancel Existing Load

To delete or cancel a load, go to Carrier Operations → Load Management → Loads. 

Carrier Operations users can Delete or Cancel an existing load depending on where in the life cycle of a load the action is taken. 

Delete Load

The Delete option is available on loads that have not progressed to the Active Loads tab. These include Master Loads, Incomplete Loads, Tendered/Accept Loads and the Capacity Assignment tabs.

The Delete option is found in the More Options field which is accessed by clicking on the  at the end of each row.

To delete a load, click the Delete option. A secondary screen will pop open and a reason code must be selected.

Click Delete Load to confirm deletion or Cancel to exit from the delete function.

Cancel Load

Once a load has moved to the Active Loads tab, it must be cancelled instead of deleted.  

Click the  to open the menu and select the Cancel Load option.

A secondary screen will pop open and a reason code must be selected.

Click the Cancel Load button to confirm cancellation or press the Cancel option to exit from the cancellation function.

Deleted/Cancelled loads will drop off the loads tabs.
