Go to Carrier Operations → Load Management → Loads → New Load Entry.
Master Loads
Master Loads are user created load templates. They can be copied to create new loads with pre-filled information.
Click the icon on the load card to view the details of the Master Load.
To create a new Master Load, start a new load entry and click the Save As Master Load option at the bottom of the form. Refer to Create A New Load Entry.
Note that required fields do not need to be filled when saving a Master Load as this is only a template. The on the load card indicates that the data requirements are met and the indicates that they are not met.
To copy a Master Load, click the on the load card. This will open a new load form with pre-filled information from the Master Load.
To add Load Messages, Edit, or Delete the Master Load, click the icon at the end of the load card and select the desired option.
Incomplete Loads
Incomplete Loads are saved loads which users may come back to at any time. An incomplete load can be saved without complete load details.
Click the icon on the load card to view the details of the Incomplete Load.
To save a new Incomplete Load, start a new load entry and click the Save As Incomplete Load option at the bottom of the form. Refer to Create A New Load Entry. Note that required fields do not need to be filled when saving an Incomplete Load. The on the load card indicates that the data requirements are met and the indicates that they are not met.
To add Load Messages, Edit, or Delete an Incomplete Load, click the icon at the end of the load card and select the desired option.
If the data is complete, click on the at the end of the load row. This menu will display if a carrier has not been assigned.
If a carrier is assigned, this menu will display.
Clicking Accept Load, Source Carrier First, or Accept Load And Carrier and confirming will move the load to the appropriate tab and it will no longer be an Incomplete Load.
