Subscriber Asset Strategy

Go to Carrier Admin → Configurations → Company. 

There will be a setting for the Sort For Dispatch Assignments. This setting changes the default for the sort in the dispatch Asset/Equipment Assignment section of the Dispatch tab of carrier operations. The default can be changed to either Truck, Driver, or Trailer. 

There will be a second setting for Ops Team For. This setting allows for grouping Trucks, Trailers or Drivers into an Ops Team. The Ops Team filter is available in the Asset/Equipment Assignment section of the Dispatch tab of carrier operations to limit the asset list to a subset of assets assigned to the team. In order to assign an asset into an Ops Team, the team must be set up in the User Groups and Teams section of Configurations.

Click the icon to edit the setting. Select the desired selection from the drop down. Click Submit Changes to save the setting.
