All Loads

Go to Load Management → Loads → All Loads to view all loads regardless of status. Click the  icon for any load to automatically open the appropriate operational tab with the load displayed.

Click a load number to view additional load details.

In the Customer Price and Carrier Price columns, one of these  icons will be displayed next to the price. These icons indicate the price rate type. Hover over the icon for more information. Click the icon to open a window showing the price breakdown.

Customization

Click the  icon to view the current table settings and select which columns appear in the table. By default, all columns are active.

To remove or add columns, drag and drop items between Available Columns and Active Columns. The order in which the active columns appear from top to bottom corresponds to the order the columns appear in the table from left to right. These settings are saved for each user and will be kept after logging out of the application.

Sort and Filter

By default, the table is sorted by Load ID in ascending order. Expand the sort menu to change which column is used to sort the table. Click the  icon to alternate between ascending and descending order. Sort settings are not saved and will revert to default settings after leaving the page.

Click the arrow  icon next to Filters to expand the filter options.

Use one or more of the available filters to specify which loads to display. Click to refresh the table with the new filters. Like the table settings, the last filters submitted are saved for each user and will be kept after logging out of the application. Click  to clear all filters.

Click to open a new window showing filter presets. These are saved filter sets that can be applied at any time.

To create a new preset using the current filters, enter a name and click . The preset will appear under My Presets. Click the arrow icon on the left side of any preset to expand and show the filters to be used. Click to apply the filter set and refresh the table. Click the  icon to delete an existing preset. A confirmation window will appear.
