Set Customer/Shipper Lane Pricing

To capture customer/shipper lane pricing, go to Administration → Customers/Shippers or to Operations → Customers/Shippers (this requires special user rights set by an Administrator).

This lane pricing is informational only and is visible only in the customer/shipper profile. This pricing cannot be used to auto-rate a load. 

For Administration, from the Active Customers/Shippers tab, locate the appropriate Customer/Shipper. Click on the name of the customer/shipper to edit.

For Operations, the default view is Active customers/shipper. Click on the icon at the end of the row.

The shipper profile will be displayed.

Navigate to the Lane Data tab and click the Edit button. 

Click the  in the Primary and/or Secondary Lane sections. Enter the necessary details and click Save to add the lane details to the profile. NOTE: pricing here is entered in rate per mile.

Lanes cannot be deleted but can be set to a status of Inactive.
