Set Customer/Shipper Mileage Settings

To set or update a customer/shipper mileage calculation program go to Administration → Customers/Shippers or to Operations → Customers/Shippers (this requires special user rights set by an Administrator).

For Administration, from the Active Customers/Shippers tab, locate the appropriate Customer/Shipper. Click on the name of the customer/shipper to edit.

For Operations, the default view is Active customers/shipper. Click on the  at the end of the row.

The shipper profile will be displayed.

Navigate to the Lane Data tab and click Edit to open the fields for entry.

In the General Lane Info section, select from available mileage programs or choose Load Dependent to manually enter miles on each load. The mileage programs that are available are based on the broker’s subscription and services.

Click Save to save the selections or click Cancel to discard them.
